“Character is doing the right thing when nobody’s looking. There are too many people who think that the only thing that’s right is to get by, and the only thing that’s wrong is to get caught.” ~J.C. Watts
The above quote sums up our motto over here at Door & Gate USA. We believe in honesty, character and integrity. Doing the right thing, each and every time, even if it is to the detriment of our company. Being able to sleep at night knowing you did the right thing, is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world.
How do you feel about intergrity in today’s economy?
When your dock needs a repair or your high speed door breaks down, do you dread making the call to the door repair service? You need not fear anymore. Door & Gate USA is a trustworthy company and we stand by our work. We’re not happy if you’re not happy. Your company can count on Door & Gate USA to do the right thing for your door repair, dock service, or gate installation.
Door & Gate USA is a company who can handle all your door and dock equipment needs 24/7. Setting us apart from the competition is our knowledge base in the mechanical, electrical and access control fields. We keep on staff, specialists from each of these areas. Door & Gate USA service trucks are fully stocked keeping response times low, and your doors with minimal downtime. Our crews are required to participate in ongoing workshops and continuing education classes for our industry. Our technicians are also educated and well versed in all phases of safety devices and fire codes pertaining to doors and docks. They receive training directly from the manufacturer as well as industry experts. Door & Gate USA brings to the table, the foresight to your company needs to keep your traffic areas running efficiently and smoothly. We provide products that are proven in the industry and have parts available to ship usually within a 24hr period. No more waiting and waiting for parts to come in. We service doors and docks in a 50 mile radius of the Philadelphia Metro Area including; parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, all of Delaware, as well as Northern Maryland.
Why you should switch to Door & Gate USA today? By limiting yourself to an exclusive dealer and supply chain where parts are not obtainable except thru their exclusive network, adds dollars towards maintaining your equipment. This is because parts are marked-up at a higher rate (thus more expensive) and those prices are controlled through their dealer network. Meaning, wherever you go to purchase these products, you’ll still incur those same costs. This is a huge and costly limitation. At Door & Gate USA do not sell exclusive products unless, the supply channel is open for parts and technical support, leaving us free to find the best possible door and dock equipment for your needs.
At Door & Gate USA, we can furnish, install and repair all types of door, dock and access control equipment. We offer rates that are significantly cheaper than the other guys. There is only a small surcharge to our hourly rate for after hour service calls, and no surcharge for emergency work during normal hours. So when you call to say, “I have a forklift stuck in my dock door”, or ”the chain is stuck and we can’t lock up for the night” we can usually say, “we’ll be there shortly”. Which is exactly, what you want to hear. Would your current door repair company do this for you?
